Love all hunter wellies, kids ones are generous enough for thick socks.

I purchased the wellies for my grandson and he loves them. They have a nice wide foot and comfortable legs.

Truly awful service, policies, and sadly product too.

I purchased a pair of boots for my wife which arrived with a defect. I returned them to Hunter in exchange for a new pair.

They sent back the same pair or a pair with the same defect that had already been handled. When I contacted them about this they said sorry, and that they send returns out to other customers after checking they're okay .. so it clearly didn't get checked or quality checking there is very poor.

Days and days go by after Hunter receiving the boots back and nothing has been returned via PayPal despite the account saying refunded.

When I contacted them again for an explanation they stated refunds would take 30 days. This is an extreme length of time to hold onto a customers money after a product has been returned.

Every time we spoke to customer service they seemed to have very little or no interest in addressing any of the issues and it took a long time to get anywhere as their replies are very slow.

Received my second pair-happy!! I bought them for early morning walks on the beach. Color and fit are perfect.

The courier lost the package and an ingoing investigation is happening. I was told it will take up to 8 business days. In the mean time Hunter can’t either cancel my order or ship me a replacement. It is past 8 business days and still no resolution. I love all my Hunter products. This is the first time I dealt with their customer service and I am very disappointed.

Update: I only get an email from Hunter whenever I follow up. I don’t hear from them if I don’t send a follow up email to check the status of my order. Anyway, they finally deemed my package as lost so they are shipping me a replacement.

Well where do I start

I bought these boots for my friend as a go away present as she moved from AZ to TN. They arrived fast and in perfect condition. She said they fit her great, they are so soft inside and she was impressed on how "upscale" they are. Kinda want to get a pair for myself, even if it never rains here :)
